Each month, Team Torque votes for a colleague they think deserves recognition for living the brand values and being a tip-top team player. One employee gets selected as Top Torque Teammate of the Month from those nominations and wins \u00a3100.<\/p>\n

This month, the team voted for a colleague who lives the value of ‘Create Strong Personal Relationships.’ Someone approachable, reliable and honest, consistently delivering for their teammates openly and transparently.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tWhy Keith is Our Top Torque Teammate\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Keith is A Warehouse Operative who has been with Torque for five years.\u00a0 He is responsible for maintaining hygiene standards on our Gorilla Glue contract at the Wigan site, which is essential for maintaining health & safety standards on site.<\/p>\n

A clear asset to his team, his colleagues have nominated him for Top Torque Teammate several times, with multiple nominations this month, too. And it’s not just his work ethic they admire, but his warm approach with his colleagues and general upbeat attitude. Here are some of the things they said:<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\tA Little About Keith’s Torque Journey\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Keith began life at Torque via an agency but quickly became a full-time member of the Torque team, enjoying the work and finding an instant comradery with the team.\u00a0 He’s proud of his work and of his multiple nominations for Top Torque Teammate, a reflection of how he goes about his day-to-day life in the business. He believes this hardworking attitude, attention to detail, and ability to focus on the positive hold him in good standing. His favourite part of his job is the people and the Christmas parties (they are legendary, after all)!<\/p>\n
