Each month, Team Torque votes for a colleague that they think deserves recognition for living our values and being a total team player. From those nominations, one employee gets selected as Top Torque Teammate of the Month and wins \u00a3100.<\/p>\n

This month the team voted for a colleague who they think embodies the Torque behaviour of ‘Reliable.’ Being ‘Reliable’ means consistently delivering on your promises and being a teammate your colleagues can count on, inspiring confidence as you go.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tAnd the Winner is..\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Carl Keegan. Carl is responsible for the daily recycling and disposal needs of our Wakefield site. An incredibly important role supporting Torque’s sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n

It is clear his colleagues appreciate the work he does with multiple nominations not just mentioning his reliability but how hardworking he is and the quality and pride he takes in his work. Here are some of the things they said:<\/p>\n\t

How long have you been with Torque, and what initially attracted you to this position?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ve been with Torque for seven years. I wanted to work in recycling & disposal as I wanted to make a difference and improve the business’ green footprint.<\/p>\n

What do you love most about being part of the Torque team?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Torque team are a nice, friendly team who help each other out.<\/p>\n
