The votes for these two causes were incredibly close, and they clearly mean a lot to our employees.\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Every year, we select a local charity to support, voted for by our employees. Each of our sites joins in the fundraising activity, and the proceeds are shared between those chosen projects, with the business supplementing the final total.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the funds we raise will be split equally between two causes:<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tCommunity Defibrillators\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We will purchase life-saving defibrillators to put into community locations suggested by Torque employees. This might be a school, a sports ground or a local community centre.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tAndy&#8217;s Man Club\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Andy&#8217;s Man Club is a suicide prevention charity. Their goal is to end the stigma surrounding men&#8217;s mental health.
