Stacey Preston – From Wakefield warehouse to Buckingham Palace
Earlier this month Stacey Preston from our Wakefield team was invited to Buckingham Palace in recognition for her work supporting young people on our King’s Trust Get into Supply Chain programme. She’s been mentoring participants as they step into a warehouse environment for the first time.
What happens in those first few days, helping people settle in, learn processes, and build confidence, is what turns early uncertainty into real progress.

Nine participants who completed our latest King’s Trust Get into Supply Chain programme have now been offered roles at Torque.
Delivered at our Leeds & Wakefield sites, the programme places young people on customer contracts including ME+EM, Sosandar and Moss, giving participants exposure to real operational demands from day one.
